WHY FISH SLICK™
- The belly of the stringer is comprised of quality inspected 3/16" solid braid nylon rope.
- The sheath is mil-spec thermoplastic from tip to tip and gives your stringer the unique, slick, fish sliding action that has made our stringers so popular.
- The point is hand machined from solid brass rod by our technicians and is crimped to the belly and the sheath for added strength. The length of the brass point is longer than most stringers on the market. The added length adds to the ease of stringing fish and makes "holstering" the stringer easier on most popular wade belts.
- One of the most unique features of the stringers is the float keeper on the end of the stringer. Just remove the float, then give the stringer a gentle jerk! You will appreciate the ease of this process compared to flimsy stringers that become knotted around the fish's mouth.
- Years of fishing experience went into determining the most common desired stringer length for today's wade fishermen. Too long and it's hard to pack, gets tangled, becomes laborious, etc. Too short and you worry about sharks or whatever getting too close to you. With limits ranging from 10 to 25 fish, the 12' Fish Slick™ is an excellent choice for good all 'round Gulf Coast wade fishing.

HOW TO USE AND STORE YOUR FISH SLICK™ STRINGER
Always carry your stringer wrapped in big loops like a lasso for easy storage. This will make sure that your stringer floats straight, and will extend the life of you stringer.
ALWAYS STRING YOUR CATCH THROUGH BOTH LIPS, FROM TOP TO BOTTOM. Vigorous and proven testing has indicated this keeps the fish’s mouth closed allowing your fish to breath normally. If strung through only one lip or from bottom to top; the fish will be put in an uncomfortably and unnatural position, causing your fish to typically float belly up.
